What size
dresses do you carry?
We carry sizes ranging from 2-36 depending on the
manufacturer. We highly advise checking the size chart and getting measurements
taken before ordering your gown.

Is there
any additional size charge?
We do have a $22.00-$55.00 size charge for all dresses
18 and up depends on the manufactures.

How do I know what size to order?
To assist you in ordering the correct
size, we have included a size chart with each style. While you are viewing an
enlarged photo, click on "view size chart" and it will appear. If your
measurements fall in-between two sizes, we suggest that you choose the larger
size, and have your own seamstress alter it according to your specific body
measurements. All floor length dresses are about 40-42 inches long from the
waistline to the bottom of the dress.

What are your shipping rates?
Standard Shipping is FREE (6-9 days) anywhere in the
continental United States and Canada. You may upgrade your shipping option to
one the following: 1-2 day shipping adds $30.00; 3-4 day shipping adds $20.00.
Please note that delivery time starts only when the dress is ready to ship (In
Stock). You may check the status of your order at
customer service
For International Shipping, additional fees must be added and we will notify
you of all the costs involved.

What happens if when I get my dress it doesn’t fit?
Our return policy is All Sales Final.
Due to the nature of our business we cannot accept exchanges or returns. It is
very important that you get measurements taken and look at the appropriate
manufacturers size chart before ordering your dress. Alterations are almost
always necessary for a custom fit so please keep this in mind.

Return Policy?
Due to the nature of our business all sales are final.
The gowns you order are made for you. An order cannot be cancelled, returned,
exchanged, or changed once it is processed.
We sell 1st quality
merchandise only, meaning everything is brand new directly from the
manufacturer. If you receive your gown with any manufacturers defect contact us
immediately and we will replace the gown no questions asked. Alyssa’s Bridal
can only replace defective merchandise with the same style, size and color
item. No refunds will be given. We will take care of any shipping costs
incurred for returned items.

What happens when I place an order online?
If you provided a valid e-mail address during the
registration process, you will receive an e-mail message shortly after you make
a purchase, confirming your online order, shipment method, and the total amount
to be charged to your credit card.

How long
will it take to get my order?
All wedding gowns, bridesmaids’ dresses, flower girls,
and mother of the bride/groom are special ordered and depending on stock
availability can take between 2-14 weeks. Please note that we do not place
orders on Rush Cuts. Rush cuts are available.
We carry thousands of items in stock, so we may ship
your order within 24 hours.
